• User Identification: To facilitate project management and synchronization, XClocAI assigns you a digital-alphabetic identifier. This identifier does not contain or reference any personal data such as your real name, email address, or contact information.

• To provide, synchronize, and maintain your projects within the app and across your devices.
• To enable you to create, edit, and delete projects as part of the app’s functionality.
• To enhance user experience and ensure data security through the use of non-personal user identifiers.

• Your project information is securely stored in your iCloud account, protected by Apple’s encryption and security protocols.
• Project-related data on our server is protected using industry-standard security measures. We do not store any personal information about you.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share user project data or digital-alphabetic identifiers with third parties. Your information is used only for the purposes stated in this policy and to maintain app functionality.

5. Personal Information

XClocAI does not request, collect, or store any personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, or address.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not collect personal data from any user, including children. As such, it complies with all applicable privacy regulations including COPPA.

You can create, edit, and delete your projects at any time within the app. Since no personal data is used, no additional user rights requests are necessary.
